Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over €100, excluding special offers.
1/ Processing time:
Please note that the processing time for your order is different from the delivery time. Orders are processed with the utmost speed possible. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2/ Shipping methods:
STANDARD (1-5 Business Days)
Standard orders will be processed once payment is approved. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed depending on delivery location.
Express (1-3 Business Days)
Express orders will be processed once payment is approved. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed depending on delivery location. Signature required upon delivery.
This delivery time does not include customs clearance if required outside of the EU.
3/ Order tracking:
