You have 15 days from the day after the day of receipt of the package to return the product(s) you do not wish to keep. We will send you the purchase value of the product(s) within 15 days of receipt of the return package and subject to compliance with the return procedure below in the form of a credit note. At the request of the customer, we can make a refund of the purchase value of the returned product(s), valid for 1 year and usable on the tyr.eu website.
The TYR company takes charge of the return if you are part of the partner countries of our operator.
List of countries for which we take charge of the return:
France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Slovakia.

In any case, our services will not process returns if you have not requested a return number or if your file is incomplete.
Steps to follow:
Error of choice of size or defective / non-compliant item:
Go to your customer account in the "Order history and details" section, select your order number concerned by clicking on details.
Select the item(s) and the quantity(s) you wish to return, then under "Return Merchandise" enter the reason for return (mandatory). Finally click on "Generate a return".
Once the return has been validated by us, we will send the return label by e-mail (to the e-mail address of the customer account). Please print the return form and include it in your return package. You will find the return form in your "My Returns" account. Please make sure that all the product(s) you wish to return is (are) written on it.
We will issue a credit note in the form of a reduction code for your returned items within 5 working days of receiving your package.
All you have to do now is to connect to your account in the "My discount vouchers" section or wait for the refund.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LABELED AND UNOPENED FOR THE RETURN TO BE VALID
NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
