Return Policy


All TYR products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 30 days from delivery date.

  1. To start your returns process click here : Click Here
  2. Enter your Web order number(Starting with 2100) and email address used for the order and click next.
  3. Select the product and reason for your return.
  4. Repeat these steps for each item you’re returning.
  5. Review and verify your selections, then click next.
  6. Review your return and submit.
  7. After digitally submitting your return, you’ll be able to print your prepaid UPS shipping label.  If you are unable to print, please bring it to a UPS location for assistance.
  8. Pack up your return. Place your items and the packing slip inside a sturdy box or package. Cross out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside. 
  9. Ship it back to us. 

    Mail It With UPS - Take the package to a UPS store, a UPS drop box, or any location that has regular UPS pick-up. Using the prepaid label, a fixed shipping rate of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.
  10. Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
    We’ll send an email to let you know we’ve processed your return. Please allow 7-14 business days for your credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you paid with a TYR gift card, your refund will be added back to the gift card.

                    Following your email, we will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours by sending you a return form. Download this sheet and return the returns form in the returns box.

DISCLAIMER:

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color. However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display these colors.

 

Shoes:

At TYR, we want you to have the best experience with your performance shoes. If you are trying our shoes for the first time, we recommend trying your product inside out to see fit and comfort before using; as all returns must be in original, unworn and unused condition. Unless the product falls under our defects policy:


30 days from date of purchase

 

Shoes must be returned unworn, unwashed, in good condition and unused, clean soles and with all accessories or tags.


Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging in their original condition.


Any shoes that do not comply with the above policy may be destroyed without refund or returned to the address on file as COD (COD) and not accepted.
 

Customized products:

Any item that has been personalized or custom made to specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for manufacturer defects or damage.

 

TYR items purchased from a reseller:

Items purchased from an authorized TYR dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.
