1/ Processing time:

Please note that the processing time for your order is different from the delivery time. Orders are processed with the utmost speed possible. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

2/ Shipping methods:

STANDARD (1-5 Business Days)

Standard orders will be processed once payment is approved. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed depending on delivery location.

Express (1-3 Business Days)

Express orders will be processed once payment is approved. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed depending on delivery location. Signature required upon delivery.

This delivery time does not include customs clearance if required outside of the EU.

3/ Order tracking:

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

Ground shipments for West Coast Customers: Order needs to be placed by 12/14 to ensure delivery by Christmas as long as there is no delay in transit due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, package damaged or lost in transit, etc.

Ground shipments for Mid-West/East Coast Customers: During this peak season, UPS does not guarantee any set delivery time for all groundpackages.

2nd Day Air Shipments: Order must be placed by 12/18 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.

Next Day Air Shipments: Order must be placed by 12/19 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
